LOCAL AUTHOR PUBLISHES FIRST GRAPHIC STORY: CYCLOTOPIA
Book signing at Universe of Superheroes

Athens, OH——Athens native Eric Cornwell will present his first graphic story on July 17, 7 p.m. at Universe of Superheroes (19 W. Washington St. in Athens). Cyclotopia is the continuing story
of bicycles on Earth, from their inception to the heights of universal consciousness, all made possible by the wheel. Eras illustrated include the Golden Age of Bicycles, the Fossil-Fuel Interval, the Global Energy Peak, the Anarchy Ride, and the Velorution. The eighth stage depicts Cyclotopia, a distant utopian future in which a cycle-minded society appreciates the unity of all things. Cyclotopia is a proclamation of bicycling perfection that is attainable through use of mankind's most logical vehicle. Cyclotopia is produced and promoted by Athens-based JKPublishing.

Hi there Eric,
When you get back to Deviant Art, there is a journal on my DA space you might be interested in. I usually don't go around "inviting" folks to my journals, but it is about velomobiles so you might be interested. That goes for anyone else seeing this who is interested in velomobiles.

Also, an art request of sorts; next time you are in the mood to render a rabbit furry, could you do one posed next to a velomobile? I think that would be cool. My own "fursona" is a rabbit I think and I have always liked rabbits. A velomobiling rabbit would be a cool picture!

thanks for the fav. I agree with the idea of a bicycle based transportation society. Cars are basically fucking weapons and they piss me off. They kill instantly and slowly as they release deadly fossil fuels and other chemicals. Cars are just unreasonable at this point unless they are electric or solar powered.
